Call for Papers: Journal of Theology Amreta Vol. 8 No. 2

Theme: “Celebrating Our Pentecostal Heritage: Special Edition, Dies Natalis

STT Satyabhakti 2025”

 

The Journal of Theology Amreta invites scholars, researchers, and practitioners to submit articles for its upcoming issue, Vol. 8 No. 2, July 2025. This special issue commemorates the Dies Natalis of STT Satyabhakti, East Java, and celebrates our Pentecostal heritage.

 

Background

The year 2025 marks a significant milestone for STT Satyabhakti, East Java, as we celebrate our Dies Natalis. This occasion invites us to reflect on and celebrate our Pentecostal heritage. We are reminded of the descent of the Holy Spirit upon the Church, in answer to Christ's earnest prayer and the promise of the Father (John 14:16-18). This event remains a source of joy and celebration for us in the 21st century.

 

Topics

Articles submitted should align with the theme "Celebrating Our Pentecostal Heritage: Dies Natalis STT Satyabhakti 2025". Possible topics include:

 

- The history and development of Pentecostal theology

- The implications of Pentecostal theology for church and society

- The role of the Holy Spirit in the life of believers

- Joy and celebration in Pentecostal tradition

 

Requirements

- Articles must be original and not previously published.

- Articles must be written in English or Indonesian.

- Articles must meet high academic standards.

- Articles must include an abstract and keywords.

Deadline

- Article submission deadline: [31 March 2025]

- Notification of acceptance: [14th April 2025]
